Throughout the summer, Paella Profs brought Spanish fire to Oesterdam every Friday evening with our signature Paella Fridays.
Set against the waterfront backdrop, guests gathered to experience live paella prepared on-site, surrounded by sunset views, refined ambiance, and vibrant atmosphere. Each week featured freshly prepared paella cooked in traditional pans, premium ingredients, and a relaxed dining setting.
Paella Fridays quickly became a seasonal highlight combining authentic Spanish flavour, live cooking theatre, and the unique setting of Oesterdam’s coastal elegance.
